About Dr. Lauren Browne, ND

Lauren graduated with honours from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, where she also competed as a varsity and national-level athlete in field lacrosse. Her experience in sport and movement science strengthened her understanding of how lifestyle and physiology influence health and performance. She went on to complete her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine at the Boucher Institute in New Westminster.

In clinical practice, Dr. Browne focuses on optimizing whole-body health with a special interest in advanced women’s health and integrative approaches to pain and performance. She is committed to helping patients understand their physiology and make informed choices that support lasting wellness. Her approach emphasizes individualized, evidence-based care that restores function, improves resilience, and promotes balance across all stages of life. Dedicated to ongoing growth in her field, Dr. Browne continues advanced training in ultrasound-guided injection therapies and functional medicine.

Outside of the clinic, she can often be found mountain biking and trail running on the North Shore, skiing in the Sea to Sky corridor, or exploring the coastal waters around Vancouver Island.
