This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices available to you. It applies to visitors to the Site and to prospective patients who contact us or request an appointment through the Site.
This Privacy Policy does not cover information collected through your in-clinic patient file or through your JaneApp patient account, which are governed separately as described below.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us. When you fill out a contact form or request an appointment through the Site, we collect the information you submit, which may include your name, email address, phone number, and any message or service interest you provide. This information is used to respond to your inquiry and, where applicable, is passed to our booking system (JaneApp) or stored in our customer relationship management system (HubSpot) so our team can follow up with you.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site automatically collects certain information when you visit, including your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring website, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. We collect this information through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, described in more detail below.
Booking and health information. If you book an appointment, your scheduling details and any health or medical intake information you provide are collected and stored directly within JaneApp, our third-party practice management platform, and are handled under JaneApp’s own privacy and security practices. Friday Health’s website and marketing systems (including HubSpot) do not collect or store your medical history or clinical information; we retain only your contact details and the general nature of your inquiry for lead-tracking and follow-up purposes.

Because cookies help certain features of the Site function properly, disabling them may affect your experience on the Site. Where required by applicable law, we will provide a cookie consent notice or banner giving you clear information about our use of cookies and the ability to accept or decline non-essential cookies before they are set.
3. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, to help us understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as pages viewed, time spent on the Site, and general location and device information. This information is used in aggregate to improve the Site and our marketing.
For more information about how Google collects and processes data when you visit sites or use apps that use Google’s services, please see “How Google uses data when you use our partners’ sites or apps”.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or manage your ad personalization settings at Google Ad Settings.
4. Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Advertising
We use Meta’s advertising tools, including the Meta Pixel, to measure the performance of our ads and to show you relevant advertising on Facebook and Instagram based on your activity on the Site. Meta may use cookies, pixels, and mobile advertising identifiers for this purpose.
You can learn more about how Meta collects and uses information in Meta’s Privacy Policy, and you can manage the ads you see through Meta’s Ad Preferences settings.
