Stimpod Therapy
What is Stimpod Therapy ?
Stimpod Therapy is an advanced, non-invasive neuromodulation treatment that uses transcutaneous pulsed radiofrequency (tPRF) stimulation to restore healthy nerve function and reduce pain. This cutting-edge technology targets the specific nerves associated with chronic pain or dysfunction, helping reset abnormal nerve signaling. The therapy is designed to support the body’s natural healing processes with minimal discomfort.
Treatment Process
During a Stimpod session, a trained practitioner locates the affected nerve using a handheld, pen-like stimulation probe placed on the skin. Once the target nerve is identified, brief pulses of pulsed radiofrequency energy are delivered transcutaneously to modulate and “reset” nerve activity and encourage nerve healing. Some describe the initial sensation as a light “pin-prick” on the skin, which can radiate down the pathway of the nerve. You may also experience involuntary muscle activation as the nerve stimulates the muscles it innervates.
Most treatments involve a short application (often around 5–10 minutes per nerve) with patient feedback guiding comfort levels. Multiple sessions may be recommended depending on the condition and individual response.

Duration & Downtime
Stimpod Therapy is entirely non-invasive and non-surgical, requiring no needles or incisions. Sessions are generally short (about 5–10 minutes per treated nerve), and there is no recovery downtime — patients can resume normal activities immediately after treatment. Many individuals notice improvements within the first couple of sessions.
